2 - Order online and submit 50% deposit ( + signed project agreement and P.O. for full amount)

3 - We will email you a Questionnaire to understand your product and launch situation specifics
4 - Complete the questionnaire and email it back to us
5 - You also designate a contact person for the project
6 - When we receive both the deposit and questionnaire, we will schedule a “kick-off” one hour phone call (with the designated contact person) to discuss the questionnaire information and review how we will proceed, plus what additional source information is needed (if any), plus what deliverables you will receive.
7 - We will begin work on your project within 5 business days of the kick-off phone call by submitting a “Plan of Record” to the contact person that outlines the steps planned for the project(s).
8 - When the planned project steps are completed, the remaining 50% balance amount will be invoiced.
