AWeber integration module for Post Affiliate Pro

This module gets activated and runs within Post Affiliate Pro (PAP) as a "plug-in".
Plug-ins are used to add new features to PAP.

Once activated, you simply press the "Configure" button and enter the 
email address of your AWeber auto-responder; e.g., "mylist@aweber.com", 
followed by activating the "Premium Web Cart" email parser within AWeber.

That's it.  Post Affiliate Pro and AWeber are now integrated, so that any time a new
affiliate joins the affiliate program being managed by PAP, the user will also be
automatically added to a corresponding list in AWeber.


Installing and configuring the plug-in
---------------------------------------

1. Download the plug-in code as zip file "AWeber.zip", then unzip the files on your local PC

2. Copy the files and AWeber folder to the Post Affiliate Pro "plugins" folder 
   (using FTP or other file transfer program)
   For example, to "/public_html/affiliate/plugins"
   This creates a new folder at: "/public_html/affiliate/plugins/AWeber".

3. Log in as Post Affiliate Pro merchant administrator

4. Under "Start", choose the "Configuration" menu item

5. Choose "Plugins"

6. Scroll down to "Uploaded, but inactive plugins" list

7. Choose the "AWeber Autoresponder Integration" plug-in. You will see the
   following plug-in description:

"Register your new affiliates automatically to AWeber. Press the Configure button 
and enter your AWeber autoresponder list name. To use, simply enable the 
AWeber "Premium Web Cart" email parser, located in your AWeber List Settings."

8. Press the "Activate" button to activate the plug-in

9. Then scroll to the top where active plug-ins are located and 
   press the "Configure" button on this plug-in

10. Enter the email address of your AWeber list; e.g., mylistname@aweber.com

11. Now go to AWeber and log in.

12. Go inside your AWeber control panel and choose the auto-responder you 
    want to be notified whenever a new affiliate is added.

13. Choose the "My Lists > Email Parser" menu, and select the "Premium Web Cart" item.


How the plug-in works
---------------------
This plug-in runs inside Post Affiliate Pro, intercepting affiliate registration events.
When it detects a new affiliate has been registered, it generates a properly 
formatted email and sends it to the AWeber email list that has been configured.

Once the email arrives at AWeber, the Premium Web Cart email parser is triggered,
which then parses the affiliate's Name and Email address from this notification email
sent by the plug-in.  The affiliate's contact information is then added to the
AWeber subscriber list, which then triggers an followup or other actions that may be
configured within AWeber.

The Premium Web Cart email parser is used because it's simple, always available inside
AWeber and provides the simple email parsing needed without any user configuration
(a plus, because otherwise configuring email parsers can be complicated and error-prone).
By using this pre-existing parser, all you do is click the checkbox to enable it - so
simple any AWeber user can do it.
